About us

Since 2009, Weissknight has been an independent and relationship-driven advisory company.
Our mission is to offer strategic corporate finance advices through our cross-border processes and result-oriented methology, at every stage of the lifecycle of their company.
Since 2026, we use proprietary AI tools to speed-up processes…
-
We are not a start-up anymore, it has been more than 25 years that our founder is advising international clients for either raising equity capital, acquiring companies abroad, and selling companies at maximum value through our cross-border auction process.
-
Over time, we have seen so many things evolving, and recently we had to develop some AI tools to maintain our competitive advantages and deliver international process even faster this has led to a reorganisation of our Group of companies.
From 2026, the Weissknight Group will be now operating under two different companies with specific and clear focus:
-
Weissknight UK Limited will focus on M&A buy-side mandates from international buyers willing to do some specific search in the UK.
-
This website (www.weissknight.uk) is dedicated to that niche service, assisted with AI but still managed by senior bankers.
-
we still offer the same buy-side service towards the American market (www.weissknightusa.com) but from our UK legal entity - we do not have any American companies (whether umbrella ones or local partners holdings) as there is no more need for that due to evolving regulation of such activity between the UK and the USA (thanks Donald).
-
-
Weissknight Corporate Limited will focus exclusively on M&A sell-side mandates to sell SMEs at maximum value through our cross-border auction process (AI assisted as well since 2026 to deliver faster and better results).
Regarding this niche focus, it will be led by Louis-Armand in England and Amine in Scotland.
-
We have representative partners on the group, Marcus is in Dubai covering the Middle-East, Severin in Switzerland covering Europe, and Marc in the USA.
