Let's start with few data point to better appreciate why our niche positioning could be key for your next strategic move:

In the UK, as of February 2026, there were about 6 million companies generating £ 5.5 trillion of turnover - breakdown is as follow:

  • 4.3 million companies with less than 2 employees.

  • 1.2 million SMEs with at least 2 employees and less than 10 employees.

  • 225,000 SMEs with more than 10 employees but less than 50.

  • About 40,000 large companies with more 50 employees but less than 250.

  • About 9,000 very large companies with more than 250 employees.

To put things in perspective:

  • Real-estate: Foreign capital accounts for 55% of all real-estate transactions in 2025 in the UK (about 1.2 million transactions worth more than 330 billion) - 35% of the capital was coming from American Investors, 25% coming from Wester European investors and 20% coming from Middle-East investors. The last category is growing every year faster than others.

  • M&A: last year, there has been more than 3,000 M&A transactions in the UK worth about £ 145 billion. About 50% of the deal volume was driven by foreign buyers, but when you look at deal value, about 80% was driven by foreign buyers. 50% of these buyers were American, 25% were European, 16% were Middle-East buyers.

  • The UK has been during the past 10 years, the first or second largest country to attract foreign buyers and investors, and the trend is growing.

International buyers have always been attracted by the safety of the UK, the yields, the "English laws", but more recently and due to the £ weakness, by the valuation gap between America and rest of the world, making the UK the preferred place for cross-border M&A or real-estate investments (dividend yields, rental yields, capital gains...).
